QB Changes Coming?
Desperate times require desparate measures. These are desperate times for the Baltimore Ravens. Mike Preston, columnist for the Baltimore Sun, said the time is right to remove Steve McNair as the starting quarterback and replace him with Kyle Boller. While Boller may not be the answer, either, the Ravens need some kind of spark. Wrote Preston Wednesday: Because coach Brian Billick won't fire himself and it's too late to hire another offensive coordinator, there doesn't seem to be any other choice. Source: Baltimore Sun
The Kansas City Chiefs may soon switch quarterbacks. Coach Herm Edwards is tired of his team scoring only 13 first-quarter points in eight games, and averaging just 15.5 points per game, 29th in the NFL. That spark could come in the form of second-year QB Brodie Croyle.
