Report: Russell Signs With Raiders

I'm going to report this before any other site does but a source close to the situation has said that JaMarcus Russell and the Oakland Raiders have finally agreed on a contract. The details of the deal are not yet available. Russell and the Raiders set the opening day of the 2007 NFL season as the deadline to get a deal done and reportedly they reached that goal.
