Tampa Bay quarterback Chris Simms is injured again and is expected to either be traded or dropped now that the Bucs have Jeff Garcia. Andrew Walters is expected to be traded or dropped after losing the backup job to Daunte Culpepper, who is expected to start over McCown until JaMarcus Russell signs and is ready to assume the role.
